At this time, it should be checked whether the piston and piston rod seal is too tight, whether it enters the dirt and colloid precipitate: whether the shaft line of the piston rod and the cylinder is in alignment, and whether the wearing parts and seals are invalid.
How to judge the leakage in the cylinder?
Common judgment method: In the production site, people make full use of watching, listening, smelling, touching and other sensory ways, by observing that the cylinder can not move or delay the action or feel the oil temperature change, vibration and noise, etc., and then judge whether the cylinder has internal leakage according to experience. Another method commonly used in the field is to extend the cylinder in place to ensure that the cylinder does not have any load and will not retract (to prevent the cylinder from internal leakage accidents), turn off the machine, and then remove the tubing with the rod cavity, and then press the switch that pulls out the cylinder (do not press the wrong switch). If the oil nozzle with the rod cavity drains the cylinder internally, If there's no oil coming out, you have to think about something else going wrong.
