(3) The initial action of the tension cylinder is slow. In the case of low temperature, the hydraulic oil viscosity is large, poor flow, resulting in slow tension cylinder action. The improvement method is to replace the hydraulic oil with better viscosity and temperature performance If the tension cylinder is weak and cannot push the load, please check the internal leakage problem. The internal leakage of the tension cylinder includes the leakage caused by excessive wear of the tension cylinder block seal, the piston rod and the seal cover seal and the piston seal. The cause of sealing leakage between the piston rod and the seal cover is that the seal is wrinkled, squeezed, torn, worn, aging, deterioration, deformation, etc., and a new seal should be replaced at this time. The main cause of excessive piston seal wear is improper adjustment of the speed control valve, resulting in excessive back pressure and improper seal installation or hydraulic oil contamination. The second is that foreign bodies enter the assembly and the quality of sealing materials is not good. The result is that the action is slow and weak, and in serious cases, it will cause damage to the piston and tension cylinder, and the phenomenon of "pulling the tension cylinder" appears. The treatment method is to adjust the speed control valve, and the necessary operations should be done according to the installation instructions.
When the tension cylinder wear is serious, you can try to use an alloy scraper to shave grooves with a depth of more than 1mm on the surface of the slip injury, then clean the grooves with acetone, apply the adjusted TS311 anti-wear repair agent on the polished surface with the tension cylinder inner diameter copying plate, and scrape it flat vigorously to ensure compaction and higher than the inner surface of the tension cylinder. After curing, polish to leave a finishing margin. Finally, the overall size, shape tolerance and roughness of the tension cylinder can meet the requirements by grinding. However, the life and reliability of this repair tension cylinder are not high.
In use, the tension cylinder should try to avoid the friction iron powder or iron filings formed by buffering the plunger. When the matching gap of the buffer device is small and the transverse load on the piston rod is large, the sintering phenomenon may be caused.
