If air enters the hydraulic system, the servo cylinder will not operate normally, mainly because there is a leak in the system. At this time, check the liquid level of the hydraulic tank, the seals and fittings on the oil suction side of the hydraulic pump, and whether the oil suction filter is too dirty. If so, the hydraulic oil should be replenished, seals and fittings should be treated, and the coarse filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
Protection of the servo cylinder surface: During the dismantling process, safety protection should be carried out on the servo cylinder to prevent objects from falling and welding slag from falling to the surface, causing damage to the servo cylinder surface. In the process of propulsion, the damaged pipe segments should be prevented from falling and smashing, and the slurry remaining on the surface of the servo cylinder should be cleaned up in time.
The servo cylinder should not be mixed with foreign objects during assembly, which will cause scars. Before the total assembly of the servo cylinder, all parts must be fully removed and cleaned. When the parts are installed with burrs or dirt, foreign objects are easily embedded into the surface of the servo cylinder wall due to the stiffness and the weight of the parts, causing scars.
