The coordination of the sliding parts of the swager cylinder itself should not be too tight, the sealing friction force should not be too large, and H8 / f8 coordination should be selected between the piston rod and the guide sleeve; Check whether the size of the sealing ring is processed strictly according to the standard; If the V-shaped sealing ring is used, the sealing friction should be adjusted to a moderate degree.

If the anti-foam property of the oil is poor, it is easy to produce foam, resulting in cavitation. Secondly, the change frequency of oil pressure is too fast and too high, which will also directly cause the formation of bubbles and accelerate the rupture rate of bubbles. The test shows that the speed of cavitation will be accelerated in the part with high frequency of pressure change. For example, at the inlet and outlet of the swager cylinder, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is also relatively higher than that of other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will also increase the probability of cavitation.
When the cylinder is tested, why can't the pressure be maintained with the balance valve?
Because the oil into the oil chamber through the hydraulic lock on the control oil circuit through the other side of the spool, the original valve is designed in this way. It locks the circuit after the oil supply circuit loses pressure, on the contrary, if you keep supplying pressure, it is always in the state of opening the other side of the one-way spool. So this valve can't be used in the test.
Why do two hydraulic cylinders lift out of sync?
There may be several situations (do not know the result of the equipment, may not be accurate) 1, whether the slow one is worn 2, whether there is air in the slow cylinder 3, if the two cylinders are supplied by the same oil port, whether the slow joint is blocked (some processing residue will reach a certain oil port under a certain coincidence condition, This situation will not happen if it is not necessarily good before) 4, the oil seal in the slow cylinder leaks, causing the feed oil to leak from the return oil end. Point 4 is most likely because it is invisible and a technical failure. If it is a dual oil feed (separate oil feed), it is also necessary to check the oil supply system and the oil return system (valve type).
