Analysis of commonly used seals: The wear ring and slip ring commonly used on the reset cylinder are generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene + graphite, because pure polytetrafluoroethylene is easy to produce plastic creep, which is only suitable for low pressure and low wear resistance conditions. If the sealing ring used is a composite material formed after adding graphite filler, the performance can be effectively improved, the ability to resist plastic creep is increased by 2 to 3 times, the initial deformation caused by the load is reduced by 30 to 60% : the rigidity is increased by 2 to 3 times: the dimensional stability under heat is increased by 2 times, and the hardness is increased by l0 to 15%.
When the reset cylinder needs to be disassembled for maintenance due to leakage and other faults, the piston should be moved to the bottom position of the reset cylinder, and hard beating and sudden drop are strictly prohibited during disassembly.
The reset cylinder body is commonly made of No. 20, 35, 45 seamless steel pipe, and the steel pipe is honed or rolled to achieve the roughness requirement within 0.4μm. The low pressure reset cylinder can use 20 steel pipe, and the high pressure reset cylinder can use 45 steel pipe.
The scar on the sliding surface of the reset cylinder piston will transfer with use. Before the piston is installed, there are scars on its sliding surface, which are installed intact and untreated, and these scars will in turn scratch the inner surface of the reset cylinder wall. Therefore, before installation, these scars must be fully repaired.
Classification and application of cylinders.
Hydraulic cylinder is divided into single acting hydraulic cylinder, double acting cylinder, combined hydraulic cylinder, swing hydraulic cylinder. Single acting cylinder is divided into plunger type hydraulic cylinder, single piston rod hydraulic cylinder, double piston rod hydraulic cylinder, telescopic hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic oil is pushed out from large to small section by section, and the external force is reduced from small to large.
