Under normal circumstances, the automatic reversing cylinder is composed of the rear end cover, body, piston, piston rod and front end cover and other main parts. In order to prevent the working medium from leaking out of the automatic reversing cylinder or from the high pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber, a sealing device (sealing ring) is arranged between the automatic reversing cylinder and the end cover, the piston and the piston rod, the piston and the automatic reversing cylinder, the piston rod and the front end cover. The automatic reversing cylinder requires that the filtration accuracy of the system is not less than the 80um, and the oil pollution should be strictly controlled, the oil should be kept clean, the performance of the oil should be checked regularly, and the necessary fine filtration and replacement of new working oil should be carried out.
Why the cylinder cannot operate normally after the explosion-proof valve is installed?
The pipeline explosion-proof valve is specially designed to prevent pipeline damage and free fall of the cylinder, so there must be back pressure to open. If there is no oil return pressure, or the oil return pressure is too small, and can not adjust the oil return pressure, such a system with explosion-proof valves is more troublesome, it is recommended to add a one-way throttle valve between the cylinder and the tank to establish back pressure. If you understand the explosion-proof valve, you can also try to adjust the opening of the valve (that is, the flow of the regulating valve), and adjust the opening to help the valve to open.
How to judge the leakage in the cylinder?
Common judgment method: In the production site, people make full use of watching, listening, smelling, touching and other sensory ways, by observing that the cylinder can not move or delay the action or feel the oil temperature change, vibration and noise, etc., and then judge whether the cylinder has internal leakage according to experience. Another method commonly used in the field is to extend the cylinder in place to ensure that the cylinder does not have any load and will not retract (to prevent the cylinder from internal leakage accidents), turn off the machine, and then remove the tubing with the rod cavity, and then press the switch that pulls out the cylinder (do not press the wrong switch). If the oil nozzle with the rod cavity drains the cylinder internally, If there's no oil coming out, you have to think about something else going wrong.
