Most of the reasons are due to poor assembly quality of parts, surface scars or sintered iron filings, so that the resistance increases, the speed decreases. For example, the piston is different from the piston rod or the piston rod is bent, the yg series hydraulic cylinder or the piston rod is offset from the mounting position of the guide rail, and the sealing ring is too tight or too loose. The solution is to repair or adjust, replace damaged parts and remove iron filings.

Generally, the inner diameter of the cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the piston, so as to prevent the friction between the outer surface and the inner surface of the cylinder during the operation of the piston. In order to ensure that the cylinder has a rod cavity and a rodless cavity seal, a sealing device, that is, a sealing ring, is installed on the outer surface of the piston. The sealing ring form is not exactly the same, the O-type sealing ring is generally used under low pressure, and the lip sealing ring is used under high pressure. At the same time, the outer circle of the piston is also equipped with a dust ring and a wear ring. As long as the cylinder seal fails, all the internal seals should be replaced.
Servo cylinder control principle
The electro-hydraulic pulse servo cylinder is composed of a stepper motor, a three-position four-way servo valve, a mechanical feedback device (a wire carrier) and an oil lever. When the stepper motor gets a pulse signal, its output shaft rotates 1.5 or 3 degrees, the servo valve spool drives the wire to rotate at the same time, the valve spool moves and opens the reversing cylinder to output pressure oil, the piston moves and drives the lead screw to reverse rotate the valve spool back to the original position, and the servo valve stops output pressure oil in the center. At this time, the cylinder moves 0.1 or 0.2mm stroke, and the displacement and speed of the cylinder travel are determined according to the given value of the electrical pulse.
